Seattle Rocks

Last weekend I got to enjoy a fun visit to Seattle to visit family and friend (and escape Spokane for a little bit).  My friend Tara and I hit the road on Friday and headed for my Auntie Susan's house for a bit of R&R.

Top of the list was an M's game.  Of course they lost, but the primo seats Uncle Bob got us in
the All-Star Suite more then made up for it.  The all-you-can-eat buffet and drinks made for an over-full stomach, and so much fun.  We even got to see a fan jump the fence only to get tackled and led off in handcuffs.  Maybe the most exciting part of the game.

After the game we got to visit our friends Felicia and Chris and their toddler Calvin.  It was my first time meeting Calvin, who was quite entertaining.  We also saw our friend Sarah at a
bbq.

Sunday brought the never-disappointing Falcone family breakfast.  Uncle Tom cooked up a feast, and I got to see most of the clan.
Tate and Logan kept me and Tara very busy (and we found the first chicken pox outbreak on Loggie).  Kirdy and Todd put in an appearance on one of  her few off days.  The two had just returned from a baseball park extraveganza on the East Coast.  Pam was there sans Josh who
was playing tennis.  Pete and Dominic joined us as  well.  Super fun!

The afternoon took Tara and I to see The Dark Knight at a very plush Bellevue Theater, and
then we popped by Megalina's to visit her, Hadley, and Ryan.  Sadly, we didn't get to stay for the deck party, but we had fun with our brief rendez-vous.

Can't wait to visit again, hopefully in August with Lowdie!
