Much like my mother, I NEVER win anything... well anything good (sometimes I'll win $5 on a scratch ticket). So imagine my surprise today when I checked my Facebook, and saw MY NAME as the winner of the grand prize for the Rose City Yarn Crawl's pre-crawl knit-along! I was checking to see if Aunt Sue won something, never guessing mine would be the first name listed. I'm not even sure what I won (maybe a tote-bag?) Excited nonetheless! It's no trip to England, but still pretty cool. Guess I'll go buy a lottery ticket now.
