Every August, I get to celebrate the birthdays of two of my all-time favorite ladies: my mom Laurie and my sister Cara. Yesterday, my beautiful, talented, amazing mother turned 60 years young. and tomorrow, my devoted, beautiful, heart-of-gold sister turns 37. I am so thankful that, this year, I get to celebrate with both of you in person!
Tomorrow, we head off for a week-long celebration of my mom's next decade at Whidbey Island. Mariners games, beaches, kayaking, (maybe even some Seahawks) are in our plans. I can't think of a better place to go with mom, then an Island that has so many memories for all of us! Hope this year brings you both more goals accomplished and more happiness then you know what to do with!
