So life in the Winter Wonderland hasn't been so great for this girl. All week, I've been battling some bug while trying to be focused enough to teach my students and coach. The only good part of all the snow days we've been getting is that one landed on Thursday when I was going to take a sickday, so I didn't have to use a day up. Overall though, it's not been good.On the plus side, my 8th grade JV basketball team has been doing great. They are 3-1 going into our last week of basketball. My team is so great. They have reminded me why I love coaching (and teaching). The girls are just so excited to learn and play. Three more games to go before the season is over. Hopefully, we end the season with a winning record!
